Gray Offices is participating in the Darkness into Light event in support of Pieta, a charity dedicated to preventing suicide and self-harm.

 

We invite all our serviced office tenants to join us for this uplifting, early-morning walk. It’s a chance to connect, raise awareness, and support those affected by mental health challenges.

Join in the Easter Egg Hunt!

April 17th 2025

9:00 – 10:00 AM

 

How to participate:

  1. Look high and low – we’ve hidden easter eggs throughout the common areas and corridors. Keep your eyes peeled!
  2. Collect your eggs – gather as many eggs as you can!
  3. Claim your prize – once you’ve found your eggs, bring them to reception to claim your prize.
  4. Golden eggs alert! The golden egg holds a special grand prize. Will you find it?

  • Gray Office Park
  • The Odeon Rooms
  • Hibernian House
  • The Red Church

How it works:

We’ve hidden decorative easter eggs around the buildings – and one golden egg in each location! We’ll also be posting clues on the of the hunt.

If you find an egg:

  • Snap a photo of it
  • Email it to info@grayoffices.ie or tag us on Instagram: @grayoffices

Once we get your picture, we’ll organise for you to receive a real chocolate easter egg as a treat!

Prizes can be collected from reception in your building, for Hibernian House, prizes can be collected from the Odeon Rooms reception in Eyre Square.

Join Gray Offices for a Spooktacular Coffee Morning in Aid of Breast Cancer Research

Gray Offices are delighted to invite you to our Halloween-themed coffee morning on 31st October, in support of the National Breast Cancer Research Institute. Join us in raising awareness and funds to support those affected by breast cancer, while enjoying a morning of coffee, treats, and festive fun.

Event Details:

  • Date: 31st October
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Locations: Gray Office Park, Odeon House, Eyre Square, Galway, and The Red Church, Limerick

Expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of coffee, delicious cupcakes, and Halloween-themed games to get into the spirit of the season. There will be a prize for the best Halloween costume—a bottle of wine to take home—and a raffle to win a fantastic hamper filled with vouchers to local spots and a variety of gifts.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to come together and support a vital cause. Every donation helps fund the important work being done by the National Breast Cancer Research Institute.

Galway Races 2024

On 30th July, Gray Offices hosted a fantastic day out at the Galway Races, bringing together members of the Gray Offices Club. With four tables and a total of 40 guests, it was an exciting afternoon filled with thrilling races, great company, and a lively atmosphere. The event provided a wonderful opportunity to connect, network, and enjoy one of Galway’s most iconic social occasions.

Mental Health Event: Speaker Máirtín Óg

We were thrilled to host an inspirational presentation from Máirtín Óg – Life Coach and Speaker, in collaboration with Linesight at The Hyde Hotel in Galway.

This event was a significant part of our commitment to fostering a positive and resilient mindset among our team and community especially during challenging times.

Cultivating a Positive Mindset

We understand the importance of supporting our team’s mental health by promoting growth and wellness. The motivational session aimed to equip our team with the tools and inspiration needed to navigate and thrive amidst life’s uncertainties.

Máirtín Óg delivered an impactful talk that resonated deeply with the audience, leaving everyone with a renewed sense of purpose and determination. His insights and uplifting messages provided valuable perspectives on maintaining positivity and resilience.

This year’s annual summer party was particularly special as we launched an exciting new initiative: The Gray Offices Club.

We believe in celebrating our community and prioritizing company connections among our members.

The event was a fantastic opportunity for our members to unwind, network and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere that defines Gray Offices. We hosted the party at The Hyde Bar in Galway, with an evening of food, entertainment and catch ups.

The highlight of the night was the introduction of the Gray Offices Club. This exclusive membership offers unique benefits within the local area with our partnered businesses. Walking Tour Galway

On 26th April, the Gray Offices Club enjoyed a memorable “Walk, Talk, Taste” walking tour of Galway, led by Lally Tours. The 2.5-hour guided experience took participants on a journey through the city’s rich history and vibrant culture, with stops to savour traditional Irish fare and sample a mix of modern and classic Irish drinks. It was a fantastic opportunity for members to explore Galway in a unique way, combining local flavours with captivating stories and sights.

Bakesale for Claddagh Watch Patrol

On 19th December, the Gray Offices Club hosted a bake sale to support Claddagh Watch, raising an impressive €280. The event featured a variety of delicious homemade treats, all generously contributed by our community. It was a fantastic way to come together and make a positive impact, with all proceeds going towards the vital work Claddagh Watch does in promoting safety and wellbeing along Galway’s waterways. Thank you to everyone who participated and donated!

Galway Bay Run for Cancer Fund for Children
